  • We primarily work with Shopify for e-commerce websites and will recommend the most appropriate platform based on your business requirements. We'll discuss this with you before your build begins.

  • Yes. Once your website has been completed and all agreed payments have been made, the website is yours. Any ongoing platform, domain, app or third-party subscription charges remain the responsibility of the business owner.

  • Timescales depend on the size and complexity of your website and how quickly we receive the information required from you. You'll be given an estimated timescale before work begins.

  • We'll guide you through everything we need. This will usually include information about your business, services or products, prices, contact details, existing branding, social media links and any photographs or content you'd like us to use.

  • Personalised logo and website imagery are included within our website packages where stated. We can also help structure and optimise your website content so your site looks professional and communicates clearly with your customers.

  • Yes. Your website will be designed and checked for use across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

  • Our website packages include foundational on-page SEO, such as search-friendly structure, page information and optimisation where stated. Ongoing SEO and keyword management is available through selected monthly management packages.

After your website goes live?

  • Yes. Our monthly management services range from essential website maintenance through to hands-on e-commerce management and higher-level digital business consultancy.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping is available for 2-3 day delivery.

  • Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by location.

Monthly Management

  • Essential is designed to keep your website maintained, updated and working correctly. Growth provides more hands-on website and e-commerce management, including products, inventory, SEO and existing connected sales channels. Scale is our highest level of support, combining digital management with strategic business consultancy, performance analysis and proactive growth recommendations.

  • No. Your monthly allowance reserves dedicated time for your business each month and unused hours don't carry forward. Additional work can be agreed separately if required.

  • Not necessarily. We're happy to review an existing website or e-commerce setup to establish whether we're able to support it. In some cases, an initial audit or remedial work may be recommended before monthly management begins.

Advertising, Email & Marketplaces

  • Full Meta advertising management isn't included within our standard website management packages. Meta Ads Design & Implementation is available as a specialist monthly service covering campaign strategy, creative, copy, setup, targeting, monitoring and optimisation. Advertising spend is paid separately by the client directly to Meta.

  • Yes. Our Email Marketing & Customer Retention Management service can manage regular email campaigns, customer segmentation and automated customer journeys such as welcome, abandoned-cart, post-purchase and win-back communications.

  • Yes. Our Marketplace Setup & Management service is available for businesses wanting more comprehensive marketplace support. Growth and Scale may include limited maintenance of existing connected channels, while full marketplace management is offered separately.

Payments & Working Together

  • Unless specifically stated otherwise, third-party costs aren't included in our service prices. This can include Shopify subscriptions, domain renewals, paid apps, marketplace fees, email platform subscriptions and advertising spend. These remain payable directly by the client.

  • Our one-off website builds and consultancy services don't require an ongoing management package. Monthly management and specialist services may have a recommended minimum commitment, which will be clearly stated before you purchase.

  • That's completely fine — and often the best place to start.
